The Project Manager's Quantity Book (PMQB) is a complete quantity tracking and billing system.
Have you ever received quantity reports on Post-it notes, only to have them lost or mangled?
Do you have to enter the same information into multiple programs just to be able to keep track of quantities and print out invoices?
PMQB allows you to easily keep track of all your quantities, your subcontractor's quantities, and even allows
you to compare your recorded quantities with the State's quantities.

Periodic Worksheet - This is the main entry point for quantities. From here, the status of
a job can be viewed. For each item, you will be able to see the contract quantity, quantity complete for a period, quantity to date, and remaining quantity.
Detailed Tracking - Sometimes you need more detail than just a final quantity for a given period. With the daily detail module, you
can get right down to a single day within a period, and record multiple quantities, for multiple foremen, along with notes for each.
Subcontractor Estimates - Sub-Estimates for short, are where you can keep track of your subcontractor's completed quantities for a period, as well as how much money they are owed and how much has been paid.
State Comparison - It's inevitable. You are halfway through an item, and the State has measured a different quantity than you have. PMQB can easily handle that. Just enter the quantity the state is claiming to keep track of the dollar differences while the result is being disputed.
Estimate Summary - Once you've entered your quantites for a specified period, you'll want to submit an invoice to the customer. You can invoice them for the current period's amount, as well as optionally including any previous amounts due. You can also keep track of retainage and stored materials that can be included in the amount due.
Reports - There are many reports that will allow you to printout the information on the screen. You can also print a Foreman Worksheet, which will allow a foreman to keep track on quantities in the field, in the same order you would enter them into PMQB.
To setup a new job, you can import directly from our CLIWin Estimating System.
Very flexible. You can return to previous periodic worksheets at any time and edit any value, which is especially useful if a typo is found later.
Quantity relationships can be setup between items. If you have one item's quantity that is always going to be the same as another, you only have to enter the quantity once. There are no limits to how many items can be linked in this fashion.
You can easily find an item just by typing part of its item number or description. This can save a lot of time on those 200+ item jobs.
