EL4 Beta Test Early Release New & Enhanced Features

Key new and upgraded features included in early release

General

  • TCLI Logo mark (top right)
    • Homescreen dashboard (EL4-419): Quick views on: projects, users, changes, etc.

  • Top Bar

  • Left Side Bar: serves as your primary navigation through the program. (EL4-392) Here, you can:
    • Hide or Show the Tree View
    • Create a new project, copy an existing EL4 project, or Import an existing EL3 project.
    • Projects: Open and manage existing EL4 projects
    • Libraries: Open and manage Libraries
    • Catelogs (when enabled): open and modify Catalogs
    • Settings: View and modify system Setup Options

Project

After opening a project, you will be in the project module of the program.  The tabs labeled: BID, ITEM, RATE, SMC, RTC provide quick navigation to the project’s modules.

  • Total Bid view on every module
  • Restore a project and rename it so you don’t overwrite your original
  • Visual of co-workers profile picture when in project's simmultanously.  Includes hover over feature so you know where they are in the project.

  • Smart Search Bar: searches within the bid grid. Includes smart chips: Open Items, Alternates - All, Alternates-Active, Alternates - Inactive.  Also includes recent search history
