Download, Save, and Print Reports from the CL Web App

Step-by Step instructions to download, save, and print reports from the CL Web App

  1. In Estimating Link, go to Reports and select the report of choice.
  2. In the Print Options window, select Printer as the Destination, the click OK.  (The default is "Preview.")
  3. A pop-up notification will appear stating "Print job Started."  This will initiate the download to your PC.
  4. Once the download is complete, the downloads will display in your web browser.  Your report will be in your PC's download folder.
  5. Retrieve your report from your Downloads folder.  From here, you can print, move to a different location, and rename your document.

🗒️Important Note: You cannot print directly from Estimating Link in the CL Web App.  You must follow this process to download the report, then print it from your PC.
