🗒️Important Note: You cannot print directly from Estimating Link in the CL Web App. You must follow this process to download the report, then print it from your PC.
Step-by Step instructions to download, save, and print reports from the CL Web App
- In Estimating Link®, go to Reports and select the report of choice.
- In the Print Options window, the Destination will default to Printer, and the default printer is Remote Desktop Virtual Printer. Do not change these settings unless you want to only preview the report.
- Click Print.
- A pop-up notification will appear in the top right of your screen stating "Print job Started." This will initiate the download to your PC.
- Once the download is complete, the downloaded report will display in your web browser. Your report will be in your PC's download folder and named "Remote Print Job."
- Retrieve your report from your Downloads folder. From here you can print, move to a different location, and rename your document.
