- Go to the TCLI Login Page
- Scroll down to BETA - Cloud Link (CL) Web App and click LOGIN
- Enter your Username and Password provided by TCLI
- Click Estimating Link under "My TCLI Apps"
- Congratulations! You are logged into Estimating Link!
