Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately five miles from our meeting space.  TPA is a large airport with direct flights in and out everyday.

The other option is St. Pete-Clearwater International (PIE).  This is a smaller airport but sometimes has great deals.  This airport is approximately 15-20 minutes from our meeting space.

No, there is not.  Historically attendees come in a polo and jeans.  Please wear whatever you are comfortable in.  Also, note that hotel rooms do tend to get cold so a light jacket/sweater is recommended.

We recommend sitting back and just listening instead of trying to follow along.

No worries.  When you complete your registration, we ask if you have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.  If you do, please select yes.  The following question provides ample room for you to explain what we need to know to feed you safely.  You can also call us anytime to explain and we'll make sure to take care of it.

Please complete seperate registration forms for each for each individual attendee so we are able to collect each individual's needs.

Substitution

You can transfer your registration to another individual without penalty.  Please email Support@TCLI.com with the new attendee's information.

Cancelation

Refund Cut-off Date: February 28, 2024 by 3:00 PM

You may cancel your registration without penalty if submitted to Support@TCLI.com by Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at which time food count guarantees have been made.
